The project proposal aims to strengthen green and blue infrastructures (BGI) to foster sustainable resilience and climate change adaptation in Trento. It also aims to achieve a sustainable valorisation and implementation of cultural and natural heritage of the Alpine Space with real cases in the city of Trento.
One of the main challenges of the Municipality is to enhance the willingness towards a higher action level in building a resilient community and settlement. The city of Trento works according to Climate-KICs Open Innovation Methodology in order to obtain fresh, innovative strategies, tools and solutions. The winners will help Trento to develop, manage, valorise its green spaces by adopting a BGI approach.
